Bruce Hagen started working in Weatherization for DPCAA in Devils Lake in 1982. In September 2009, Bruce took a position with the North Dakota Department of Commerce as a Residential Energy Specialist. In 2013, he became the Weatherization Program Manager. In addition, he oversaw the Building Code/ADA, Third Party Inspection, and Manufactured Home Installation/SAA Programs as well as the Energy Conservation Grant for Public Buildings. 

Perry Lundon is the former Executive Director of the Dakota Prairie Community Action Agency (DPCAA) in Devils Lake, ND. Over his 43-year tenure, Perry demonstrated unparalleled commitment to serving the needs of the most vulnerable members of our communities, and has been a staunch supporter of societal progress and inclusivity.

Ray has been an active Board member at Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency (SENDCAA) since 2003. Ray served as both the Vice-Chair and Chair of the Board for many years. Recently, he left his Chair position to encourage leadership development opportunities for younger Board members. Ray also currently serves on the Valley Seniors Board, is the Chair of the Cass County Council on Aging, and is the Treasurer of the Hickson Senior Citizen Board.

David is the Executive Director of the Great Plains Housing Authority. David has been the Executive Director since 2010 and has overseen Housing Choice Voucher expansions, funding transitions, Mainstream Voucher implementation, merging housing authorities, rebranding the agency, contracting with ND Rent Help, and now achieving Moving to Work status. David also serves as the chairperson for the North Dakota Chapter of NAHRO, participates in Olmstead Committees, assisted with the 1915i Medicaid legislation, and collaborates with agencies across the state to expand housing opportunities and improve access.
